“I was pleasantly surprised in receiving such a generous referral check from Ryan and Dallas in the mail yesterday! As someone who is also personally investing in this project, itʻs been easy to refer others to this awesome team.”

“My husband and I were so excited to check out the property that, on a whim, we reached out to Dallas to see if a visit might be possible. He responded right away and, although he had a scheduling conflict and couldn’t personally take us on the tour, he quickly coordinated with his partner Ryan to make it happen. We truly appreciated how they went out of their way to accommodate our last-minute request.

During the tour with Ryan, we gained a much deeper understanding of the mission and vision behind their project. Listening to him speak, we could genuinely hear—and feel—the passion and heart behind their work. It’s clear that both Dallas and Ryan are fully committed to supporting families in achieving the dream of homeownership.

We absolutely loved the properties shown to us—so much so that we could honestly see ourselves living in one of them. Meeting Ryan and learning more about the project affirmed for us that we made the right decision in investing. We’re truly grateful and proud to be part of something so meaningful.

Thank you, Dallas and Ryan, for all you’re doing for the community.”

“My experience was pretty straightforward and if I ever had questions, someone was always available to clear it up for me. When it came time to deposit funds I was given the account info and I simply went down to the branch and deposited by loan. Receiving monthly interest checks is by far one of the best parts of lending with you guys. It can seem daunting to have a big chunk of your money tied up in a loan for a year but receiving monthly interest checks helps ease that financial cut. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I have questions, I can simply email or text someone and I will get a prompt reply. I will definitely refer my family and friends to take advantage of this opportunity.”

“When we first were introduced to this opportunity to work with Dallas and Ryan we were skeptical about it being a legitimate investment opportunity, so my husband and I decided to hop on a plane and see what this was all about.

Dallas met us at the airport and took us to all the sites. Each site was at a different stage of development and we were immediately impressed by the quality of work and craftsmanship of these homes. Being affordable homes I expected a basic design, materials and quality but It was apparent that Ryan and his team had put in their hearts and skill into building solid homes to last for generations. The attention to detail, functionality of the layout, materials, color palettes, and exterior curb appeal all combined in a beautiful package reflected their vision and mission of giving back to the community. At the end of the tour we were so impressed and realized this in fact was a legitimate opportunity and we are so excited to be a part of this vision and help with the expansion of this beautiful community. ”

“My experience with investing with this organization definitely exceeded all expectations. I identified with their goals of affordable housing as well as the way they involved their subcontractors. The transfer of funds as well as the monthly payments were timely and when my investment period was over the principal was returned promptly with Aloha. I especially appreciated their communication and explanation of the program and look forward to reinvesting when circumstances permit..”

“As a single mom of two teenagers and a toddler, I did not think that it was possible for me to purchase a home in today’s market. I reached out to a realtor and she gave me a list of lenders to choose from. There was one in particular that I’ve seen on social media before, so I applied online. When she first contacted me, I thought to myself, how polite is she going to be when she tells me I don’t qualify. But she didn’t. She was excited to collect more supporting documents and eventually got me pre-approved. I met my realtor and looked at several homes, but one was out of budget and the others weren’t what I was looking for. I asked my lender how much time I had before my application expired as I decided that I didn’t want to rush. About a week later, my realtor texted me some photos and asked if I wanted to view it. Luckily, I was able to meet her that same afternoon. I walked around the home, smiling and imagining my children there. I knew that I wanted to place an offer, but was afraid of being rejected.

While my realtor went to work, I thought about the home, a brand new home for me and my children. The price was in my range, the split floor plan was excellent, the location with no current neighbors but a sense of community was great, and the land wasn’t too big or too small. Was this too good to be true? I wasn’t sure so I prayed about it.

I received very exciting news on Mother’s Day that my offer was accepted and I was beyond ecstatic! Becoming a homeowner was always a goal of mines. My realtor, my lender and this affordable home has definitely made my dreams come true. It means so much to be able to continue to raise my children here, to create new and long lasting memories in a place of our own, and ultimately, to show them that with hard work, anything is possible!

I cannot thank you folks enough for building a good quality, affordable home. And also for accepting my offer. My children and I are beyond grateful and appreciate the chance that we’ve been given to live our dreams.
